About Batiste Advisory Group

Built by a nurse executive who has led from bedside to boardroom.

Dr. Quanna Batiste, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN, is a nurse executive, healthcare transformation leader, educator, and advisor with 28 years of experience across the full continuum of care. She has led at every level of nursing, from direct care to Chief Nursing Officer, and has built enterprise systems across complex academic, ambulatory, acute, and post-acute environments.

She founded Batiste Advisory Group because organizations need more than another recommendation. They need someone with the experience to see what is actually wrong, the courage to name it clearly, and the discipline to help build what must come next.

The Founder

Bedside to boardroom. Every setting. Every level.

I am Dr. Quanna Batiste, a nurse executive with 28 years of leadership across the full continuum of American healthcare.

Over the past 28 years, I have practiced across the full continuum of healthcare: long-term care, home health, academic medicine, ambulatory care, acute care, women's services, critical care, emergency care, behavioral health, and post-acute services. I've also led at every level of nursing, from staff nurse to Chief Nursing Officer.

My executive career has taken me from a leading regional health system to 12 years at one of the nation's premier academic medical centers, where I served as Chief Nursing Officer of Ambulatory Care overseeing more than 300 clinics while also serving as Adjunct Associate Professor. Most recently, I served as Chief Nursing Officer with executive accountability across the acute and post-acute continuum.

I founded Batiste Advisory Group™ because experience across every care setting and every level of leadership gives you an uncommon ability to see what is actually wrong, and the credibility to say it. The Batiste Model™ is the methodology that experience built.

Experience that has already been tested

Enterprise perspective. Operational credibility.

BAG's approach was built through decades of responsibility for real organizations, real workforces, and real outcomes across acute, ambulatory, behavioral health, academic, home-based, long-term, and post-acute care.

  • Workforce stabilization, retention improvement, and reduced reliance on contract labor.
  • Leadership structure redesign, role clarity, accountability, and succession development.
  • Enterprise ambulatory governance, policy infrastructure, workflow, and competency systems across hundreds of clinical locations.
  • Operational redesign producing significant labor and performance improvement.
  • Quality, regulatory, patient-experience, and clinical-practice transformation across the care continuum.
The firm

Nursing-led healthcare transformation and strategic advisory.

Batiste Advisory Group™ helps leaders understand what is actually driving performance, and strengthen the people, structures, systems, and capabilities required for sustainable change. The firm works with organizations shaping how care is taught, designed, led, and delivered. The common denominator is not institution type; it is responsibility for the people, structures, systems, and capabilities that influence care.

Every engagement begins with the problem the organization is trying to understand or solve. BAG recommends the engagement structure only after determining what the situation actually requires. Explore the four ways to engage BAG or who we help.

Start with the right conversation

What is your organization trying to understand, change, strengthen, or build?

Every engagement begins by understanding the situation before prescribing the structure. If your organization is facing a consequential healthcare leadership, workforce, clinical, operational, or transformation challenge, I would welcome a conversation.
